The company Anne Jacquemin Sablon SARL, a French corporation with share capital of EUR 31,000.00, having its registered office located at 17 rue de l’Estrapade – 75005 Paris – France (“AJS”), promotes, displays, and sells pieces of art, furniture, lightings, and decorative items. AJS manages an art and design gallery located in the heart of Paris (“Gallery”), as well as two websites: www.annejacqueminsablon.fr and www.decoristparis.com, which are referred to herein individually as “Site” and collectively as “Sites”.
AJS process personal data in connection with its activities, i.e. information which identifies or which allows to identify a natural person, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier or to one or more factors specific to that natural person.
AJS has issued this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) in accordance with the current applicable provisions, which include the following:

If you do not provide this information, the request related to this collection may not be processed or its processing delayed.

Your Personal Data is intended to be used by AJS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some of Your Personal Data may be communicated to external service providers acting on behalf of AJS, so that they can process Your Personal Data for one of the purposes listed in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Data is stored for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they are processed as well as in compliance with the regulations in force.

- As a customer, Your Personal Data is stored throughout the entire length of the contractual relationship plus 3 years for direct marketing purposes, without prejudice to storage obligations or statutory limitation;
- As a prospective customer, Your Personal Data is stored for a 3-year period starting from their collection or from your last contact with AJS;
- Regarding your subscription to the newsletter and commercial offers, Your Personal Data is stored for the duration of your subscription.

8. Your rights regarding Your Personal Data
8.1 – You can access Your Personal Data, rectify them, request their erasure, or exercise your right to restrict their processing.
8.2 – You can also withdraw your consent when the processing of Your Personal Data is based on said consent, without however affecting the lawfulness of processing based on such consent before its withdrawal.
8.3 – You can also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of Your Personal Data when this is based on the legitimate interests pursued by AJS as data controller. In this case, Your Personal Data will no longer be processed, except unless AJS demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of Your Personal Data when it is processed for prospecting purposes; in this case, they can no longer be processed for such purposes.
8.4 – Finally, you can exercise your right to the portability of Your Personal Data, i.e. the right to receive Your Personal Data and to transmit them to another data controller.

Information regarding emailing operations
10. Use of web beacons
AJS uses the Mailjet solution from Mailjet SAS for its newsletters and commercial offers sent by email.
The Mailjet solution uses web beacons in every email sent on behalf of AJS. Web beacons are pixel-sized files that contain unique identifiers. These files are used to measure interactions in the newsletters and commercial offers (e.g., opening the email and any clicks on links in the email). Based on this information, reports are sent to AJS to assess the relevance of the emails’ content and offers and to adapt them accordingly.
If you do not want AJS to access this information, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter and commercial offers or by default disable web beacons in your email software.
